Best Performance for Energy & Fatigue
Only three performance-category products are graded for energy and fatigue, and they address it through different mechanisms. Electrolyte blends have the most direct evidence, targeting a narrow, real cause of exercise fatigue — dehydration and sodium loss — rather than general tiredness. Creatine's energy-related benefits are better documented under sleep deprivation or physical exertion than as an everyday pick-me-up. Cordyceps carries the thinnest evidence of the three, resting on smaller and more mechanistic studies of cellular energy production. None of these substitute for sleep, which remains the dominant lever for fatigue that a supplement can't replace.
